Joe Anderson and Ian Pollit cutting the ribbon
The historic Bascule bridge on the Dock Road in Liverpool, which has been closed since 2008, was reopened on 25th August 2010 by Liverpool councilor Joe Anderson and Ian Pollitt from Peel Holdings who were responsible for refurbishing it.
The ribbon cutting ceremony took place around mid-day.
